We ship every Monday and Tuesday via USPS.

Orders placed after 3 PM on Tuesday will be shipped out the following Monday.

If Monday or Tuesday falls on a holiday, we will ship your order the following week.

To ensure the safety of live animals and plants, we do not ship during extreme weather conditions such as hurricanes, heat waves, or any unusual weather events. In such cases, your order will ship the following week.

USPS Ground Advantage is used for snails and plants

USPS Priority Mail is used is used for shrimp 

Depends, for snails no acclimation required! Just drop them into your tank upon arrival.

For shrimp, they will arrive in breather bags. Do NOT float the breather bag.
Instead, leave the bag out at room temperature for 15 minutes, then gently release them into your tank.
